What is an SBIR Proposal Lab? SBIR Proposal Lab helps Maryland small businesses complete your Phase I SBIR proposal to DOD or NOAA through hands-on training, reviews, and guidance. Preference is given to woman-owned, socioeconomically disadvantaged, and rural small businesses.
What is the Timeframe? The Lab runs a series of 5 workshops and 2 reviews from Nov 21, 2018 through Feb 9, 2019 and culminating in you actually submitting your proposal.
The Lab is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the Small Business Administration (SBA), and has an associated small participant fee.
